Meet Fred Prassas, CPM, and Doug Kennedy, JD, UW-Stout's Property Management faculty. Prassas and Kennedy bring a wealth of real-world experience to Stout. Fred is a past president of the Institute for Real Estate Management (IREM) and owns his own property management company which deals with the residential side of the business. Doug, who is an attorney, has practiced real estate from the commercial side for a national restaurant chain.
