Green Belt Certification Registration

There are no green belt sessions scheduled at this time.  You might like to consider our upcoming black belt series!

Requirements

Participants should have a sound knowledge of basic mathematics and be comfortable with computers, particularly Microsoft Excel. A desire to learn and be successful with Six Sigma is more important than analytical abilities. Participants will earn a certificate and be prepared to work on Six Sigma teams supporting Black Belts on projects.

Tuition and Registration

$ 2,995 includes conference materials and breaks. Lunch is on your own. Course materials include the hard cover edition of Knowledge Based Management, Excel file tools for project implementation and Rath & Strong's Six Sigma Pocket Guide.
A 10% discount will apply when attended by two or more from the same organization.

Program changes and cancellation: The University reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each enrollee if a program is not held for any reason. The University's liability is limited to the refund of the program fee.

Attendee cancellations: A full refund will be granted upon written notification 10 days prior to the start of the program. Refunds requested after that date will be assessed a 50% processing fee. No refunds will be made after the day preceding the start of the program. Substitutions may be made at any time.
