Are you interested in joining fellow citizens in the Red Cedar area to develop a vision and action plan to restore and maintain a healthy water system for our future? We invite you to apply online to become an exhibitor at this exciting event.
The Red Cedar: Land, Water and People Coming Together event is an opportunity to bring best practices and innovative ideas to the forefront. The program will provide a forum for farmers, resource managers, businesses, organizations and educators from throughout the area to share ideas and create partnerships for action. Exhibiting at this event is a great way to increase your company's visibility and recognition with potential customers. We anticipate an attendance of 200-250 farmers, business owners, local government personnel and involved citizen organization members.
The program schedule provides time for networking and exhibit booth time. We encourage you to participate in the breakout sessions for even greater opportunities to network with the attendees.
Keynote speakers focusing on farmland and urban issues
Morning & afternoon breakout sessions and best practice sharing
Networking breaks and lunch
The exhibit area will include 26 booths in the Memorial Student Center Great Hall and Concourse Area. Due to limited space and to maximize the value of your presence and participation, exhibit assignments will be selected to offer a variety of information and products. Exhibit set up should be completed on Thursday, March 12, between 6:00–7:30 am with tear down after 4:15 pm. The fee for exhibit tables is $200 for profit businesses, $25 for non profit organizations.
