You will begin by collaborating one-on-one with our Program Director, Kay Wais, PMP (also owner of Successful Projects, LLC) to discuss your professional goals and learning style. Following this discussion, you and Kay will review and select a project management instructor from the pool of credentialed professionals who have practical experience in varied fields. One of the keys to the success of our certification training is that we provide each participant with the opportunity to collaborate with an instructor who serves as their personal coach throughout the duration of the program. The figure below illustrates our innovative training process.
