Exhibit Booth Fees:

$100 per day/per table requested.

Fee includes:

1. 6' x 30" table with chairs
   
2. Wireless Internet Access
3. Access to electrical outlets, if requested
4. Informational listing on the NRI conference website. If payment and information received by May 1, 2013, this information will also be included in the printed conference program. This information will include:

• Company/Business Name
• Company Contact/Sales Representative
• Postal Address
• Contact email address
• Company/Business Website
• Brief description of products or services provided, if desired.
  

Exhibit Fee does not include:

1. Access to conference programming outside of the keynote speakers which will also be within the Memorial Student Center Great Hall. If interested in attending the other activities of the conference, please register here: Conference Registration.
   
2. Meals or lodging - During the registration process you may purchase meals and/or reserve on-campus lodging, if needed. Meal tickets may also be purchased onsite. 
   

Exhibit Area Hours and General Information:

The exhibit area is located in the Memorial Student Center Great Hall, near the registration area. Due to limited space and to maximize the value of your presence and participation, exhibit assignments will be selected to offer a variety of information and products.

Exhibits will open at 8:30 am  and close at 5:00 pm, Monday, June 10 - Wednesday, June 12. Exhibitor should plan to occupy their booth space until 5:00 pm. All exhibit materials are to be set up daily between 6:00 am-8:00 am. For those exhibiting multiple days, items may be left in the exhibit hall overnight. Note: The room may still be in use after the exhibits have closed each evening. Exhibitor assume any risk associated with leaving materials overnight.
