While this all makes sense and is proven, how do you act with this key business intelligence and use it to continuously improve your organization, sales, profits and your life?  Through an engaging discussion format, Mike will lead the group through the key principles of the 80/20 paradigm and how to build a process that leverages the resources of your organization while avoiding common pitfalls.
