School of Hospitality Leadership
UW-Stout's School of Hospitality Leadership gives students an expansive educational experience that prepares them for leadership and management opportunities in the fast-paced and cutting edge world of the hospitality industry. UW-Stout offers:

Our programs offer active learning in a variety of settings:
- Active learning through real-world situations in classrooms and laboratories
- On-site at leading companies located throughout the United States
Experiential Learning
Our students are required to complete a co-op/internship which offers real world experience while enrolled in college. Co-op students:
- Work at least 320 hours per semester
- Work in a paid position related to their professional field (approved by faculty)
- Receive academic credit
Over 500 employers partner with UW-Stout to create co-ops and internships. Students work with industry leaders across the country as well as internationally. Co-ops and internships are one of the reasons for UW-Stout's high employment rate.
