Registration and Fees

Fees include shuttle bus, breaks, lunch, sessions and conference materials.

Early registration through September 16 - $85.00
Registration after September 16 - $100.00
Full-time University Student with lunch - $30.00
Full-time University Student without lunch - $25.00
High School Student - $9.00

Accreditation
University of Wisconsin-Stout has approved the conference for .5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs).

Credit Available
One college credit option is available at the conference. Please check the space on the registration form if you are interested in more information

Register before September 15, 2014 to reserve your spot a the conference!

Lodging/Accommodations
Lodging and restaurant information is available.

Shuttle
Due to limited parking on and around campus, a shuttle will be available for those who have signed up for it. The shuttle will pick-up at the Kmart parking lot at 8:00 am and will leave UW-Stout's Memorial Student Center at 3:15 pm.  If you have not already signed up for the shuttle, you may still reserve your spot.

Parking
Both metered and non-metered parking are available on the streets around campus. A campus map can be found at http://www.uwstout.edu/guide/index.cfm and click on "Download Maps".

Refunds
Full refunds will be granted upon written request through September 15, 2014. Cancellations after September 15 and through September 19th will be assessed a $30 processing fee. Refunds will not be granted after September 19, 2014. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Program changes and cancellation

  • The university reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail.
  • Every effort will be made to contact each attendee if a program is not held for any reason.
  • The university's liability is limited to the refund of the program fee.
