Conference Registration


Please register at the door. Registration will be outside the Great Hall in the Memorial Student Center.

Fees include shuttle bus, lunch, breaks, sessions and conference materials.
 
You may register for a Pre-Conference Workshop, Early Bird session, and/or one or both days of the conference. (Conference limited to 1200 participants per day). Please indicate all your choices on the registration form.

The early registration deadline is April 1, 2013.

Confirmation/Name Badge

  • You will receive a registration confirmation in the mail or via e-mail.
  • Name badges will be distributed at registration/check-in.

Thursday, April 25th:

  • 7:30 am-8:30 am continuous between Motel 6, Country Inn & Suites, K-Mart parking lot, Super 8 Motel, EconoLodge and AmericInn to UW-Stout Memorial Student Center (10th Ave entrance).
  • 4:00 pm-4:30 pm continuous between UW-Stout Memorial Student Center (10th Ave entrance) to Motel 6, Country Inn & Suites, K-Mart parking lot, Super 8 Motel, EconoLodge and AmericInn. Last shuttle to leave Stout at 4:30 pm.
  • Parking on campus is open to the public Thursday evening
  • Only ADA/special needs parking passes are available for on campus parking Thursday.

Friday, April 26th:

  • 7:30 am-8:30 am continuous between Motel 6, Country Inn & Suites, K-Mart parking lot, Super 8 Motel, EconoLodge and AmericInn to UW-Stout Memorial Student Center (10th Ave entrance).
  • 4:30 pm-4:45 pm continuous between UW-Stout Memorial Student Center (10th Ave entrance) to Motel 6, Country Inn & Suites, K-Mart parking lot, Super 8 Motel, EconoLodge and AmericInn. Last shuttle to leave Stout at 4:45 pm.
  • Only ADA/special needs parking passes are available for on campus parking Friday.

Saturday, April 27th:

  • Parking on campus is open to the public Saturday.

We would like to give a special thank you to Kmart for allowing us to use their parking lot.

Accreditation

  • UW-Stout has approved the preconference workshops and the conference for .5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) per day.
  • The early bird workshops are approved for .2 CEUs.
  • There will be a $5 processing fee for any CEUs that are mailed.

Refunds

  • Full refunds will be granted upon written request through April 1.
  • Cancellations after April 1 and through April 20 will be assessed a $30 processing fee.
  • Refunds will not be granted after April 20.

Program changes and cancellation

  • The university reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail.
  • Every effort will be made to contact each attendee if a program is not held for any reason.
  • The university's liability is limited to the refund of the program fee.

Accessibility and Special Needs

  • Notify Professional Education Programs and Services of any disability-related accommodations by April 1.
  • Notify Professional Education Programs and Services by April 20th of any special dietary needs.
