The 38th Annual Early Childhood Education Conference

Registration will open November 9!

Registration includes shuttle bus access, lunch, breaks, sessions and conference materials. You may for one or both days of the conference. Conference is limited to 1,000 participants per day. Please indicate all your choices on the registration form. The early registration deadline is March 20th, 2016. After you register online you will receive an email confirmation. Names and conference materials will be distributed at the registration desk during check-in.

Parking/Complimentary Shuttle Bus

Friday, April 22th:

  • 7:30 am-8:30 am continuous between Motel 6, Country Inn & Suites, Super 8 Motel, EconoLodge and AmericInn to UW-Stout Memorial Student Center (10th Ave entrance).
  • 4:30 pm-4:45 pm continuous between UW-Stout Memorial Student Center (10th Ave entrance) to Motel 6, Country Inn & Suites, Super 8 Motel, EconoLodge and AmericInn. Last shuttle to leave Stout at 4:45 pm.
  • Only ADA/special needs parking passes are available for on campus parking Friday.

Saturday, April 23th:

  • Parking on campus is open to the public Saturday.


  • UW-Stout has approved the conference for .5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) per day.  CEU certificates will be distributed via email following the conference.  You may have your certificate mailed to you for a $5 processing fee.  This option is available during registration.  

Refunds & Program Changes

  • Full refunds will be granted upon written request through March 20.  
  • Cancellations after March 20 and through April 15 will be assessed a $30 processing fee.
  • Refunds will not be granted after April 15.
  • The university reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail.  Changes will be communicated as early as possible.  

Accessibility and Special Needs

  • Notify Professional Education Programs and Services of any disability-related accommodations or dietary needs as early as possible and no later than April 1, 2016.
