Your Instructor: Holly Yuan is an Assistant Professor at University of Wisconsin-Stout where she uses real-world experiences to present complex computer technologies. Holly also has been a Cisco Academy instructor for various universities. Holly holds many valuable industry certifications, which include Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Security Professional (CCSP), Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), CCNA-Voice, Cisco Certified Academy Instructor (CCAI), and Linux+. Holly holds an M.S. degree from Georgia State University with a major in Computer Science and she is completing her Ph.D. degree from Nova Southeastern University.

Holly has many years of work experience as a network engineer and consultant. She has published many papers and book chapters in the field of networking and security in national conferences and journals, and has received several research grants from the National Science Foundation (NSF) and the NASA Space Grant Consortium. She is also a speaker at the National Computer Application Security Conference.
