Who do I contact if I have questions about my work request?
Please do not contact the workers directly; their schedules are determined by their supervisors. Please contact the main office at x2200 and someone will be able to assist you, or determine who you need to speak with.
I am having problems with my card access. Who can help me?
Please contact the Campus Card office for trouble with card access, or to request card access. If you need new card access readers installed, please submit a request via the TMA iServiceDesk.
Who should I contact if my phone, computer, printer, etc are not working properly?
Problems with "technology" should be directed to the Ask5000 HelpDesk.
It is hot/cold in my building - what should I do?
If it is unusually hot or cold in your area, please submit a work request using the TMA iServiceDesk and a technician will address your concern. Please be aware that is a state mandate that all building thermostats be set at 76 degrees in the summer and 68 degrees in the winter; we will continue to make every effort to keep temperatures as comfortable as possible, while following this mandate.
How do I know if my work order requires an account number?
If the work being requested is considered to be "routine" maintenance, then an account number is not needed. Anything outside of regular building maintenance will require an account number to be charged. This may include items such as hanging pictures, installing new furniture, office remodels, repairing department-owned equipment, and all work associated with Program Revenue departments.
How do I get an estimate to have work done?
If you would like to have some work done but are not sure of the cost or feasibility of the project, please submit a work order via the TMA iServiceDesk and request an estimate to be done. One of our staff members would be happy to discuss your project with you and draw up an estimate.
