Summer Permit Application
General Information
- School-year commuter permits are valid through the summer (check your permit's expiration date)
- School-year residence Hall permits are valid through August 15. Please note that the permit may only be displayed on a vehicle registered in your name.
- Any student who needs to switch their school-year permit from residence hall to commuter or reverse should stop by Parking Services (near the end of the semester).
- Students who did not have a school-year permit may purchase a summer permit through either of the methods listed below. IMPORTANT: Apply for your permit far enough in advance to allow for our receipt of your application and return of your permit by mail prior to your arrival on campus.
By Mail
- Print form
- Complete and mail to Parking Services with $15 payment
- Your permit will be mailed to the address you provide
By Phone
- Print form
- Either complete the form or have all the information readily available including your credit card information
- Call Parking Services at (715) 232-1792
- Provide registration information (identified on applicaiton form) and credit card payment information
- Your permit will be mailed to the address you provide
