Hours of parking regulation
Every campus parking lot/area posts hours of regulation on signage at the lot's entrance. The posted hours refer to regular, unsigned parking spaces and metered spaces. Any signed space is reserved and is regulated 24/7. In addition, campus grounds and all service parking areas are regulated 24/7.
Any area not specifically identified by signage as a parking lot and areas within parking lots not striped as a parking space are considered prohibited parking zones and are regulated 24/7.
Hours of Regulation
The following information may be used in conjunction with the campus map which identifies Residence Hall lots and Commuter lots by category. If you are not a permit holder and wish to park during regulated times you must either display a permit, provided by Parking Services or purchase time at a meter.
Residence Hall Lots:
Resident Student Lots are enforced 24 hours per day from 9 p.m. on Sunday to 1 PM on Friday
Commuter Lots and Meters:
Permits Enforced: 7 a.m. -- 4:00 p.m., Monday
through Friday
Meters Enforced: 7 a.m. -- 4 p.m., Monday through Friday
Parking Prohibited: 2 a.m. -- 7 a.m., Monday through Friday
Disabled, Reserved (signed), No Parking Areas, Loading Zones, Loading Meters,
Yellow Zones, Grounds:
Enforced 24 hours every day.
Free Public Parking:
All campus lots are open to public use during those times when permit or
meter enforcement is not in effect.
