Continuing Students are those who have previously lived in a residence hall while New Students are those who have not, including transfers. You must apply from the correct category. Applications that do not match a student's status will be voided.

If you are not living in a residence hall you should apply for a commuter permit. Note: commuter permits are not valid for overnight parking.
