Residence Hall move-out loading procedures
Students cannot drive or park on sidewalks or campus grounds as you did during move-in. Move-out loading must be from a legal parking space unless a loading permit is displayed. If you need to park closer to your hall than a parking lot, pick up a short term loading permit from Parking Services.
Suggested move-out loading areas are listed below:
- North Hall: City street meter (paid), Stout meter in Lot 14 across the street (paid) Broadway Service area (with loading permit), or Lot 14 permit space (with loading permit)
- AF: City street meter (paid), AF unloading meter (paid), AF service spaces (with unloading permit), Stout permit lot (with loading permit)

Move-Off Loading Areas:
If you cannot load from a legal space a short-term move-out unloading permit will get you closer to your residence hall. We ask that you use these spaces for the shortest time possible to make them available for your fellow students. The short duration of this permit will require that you have everything ready to load up before you park in the loading space.
Move-out loading permits:
- Do not authorize parking on sidewalks or campus grounds
- Do authorize short-term parking in paved areas near residence halls.
