Parking Permit Registration

Commuter Students

Commuters (students living in off-campus housing) may apply for their parking permit by completing and submitting this form.

This form should only be returned by students living off campus. Applicants will receive a commuter permit which is not valid for overnight parking.
The permit cost of $123 will be added to your university billing. Do not send payment.
It is important that you provide complete and accurate information. Incomplete or inaccurate information may disqualify an application.
Return this application as quickly as possible. Your permit will be mailed to the home address you provide and we want to get that permit to you before school begins. You cannot park in a permit lot until you display your permit.
