To appeal a parking citation, complete this form in its entirety. All this information is important to the Appeals Board's consideration of your appeal. Any submission lacking adequate documentation is not considered a valid appeal.

Late Fees:  Appealed citations are placed n hold, and no late fees will accrue while this citation is on appeal.  However, any late fees that have been assessed prior to the appeal continue to be the responsibility of the appellant.

Student Summer Addresses: Decisions of appeals filed after May 1st will be mailed to summer addresses so please provide your summer address in the section bellow.
