Accessibility for Persons with Disabilities
The conference facilities are fully accessible to persons with disabilities. On-campus lodging for handicapped participants is available upon request. Services will be made available to hearing/sensory impaired persons attending the conference if requested at least three weeks prior to the first day of the conference. Please indicate your needs on the registration form.
Program Changes and Cancellations
The University reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each enrollee if a program is cancelled. If a program is not held for any reason, the University’s liability is limited to the refund of the program fee.
Refunds
A full refund will be granted upon notification on or before the early registration date. Refunds requested after that date will be assessed a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be made after the start of a program. Substitutions may be made at any time.
