Registration and Fees
Early Bird fee through June 19, 2009: $225
Fee after June 19, 2009: $260
Fee includes program materials, Thursday reception and banquet, Friday breakfast and lunch.
Online registration is now closed. However, you are welcome to join us! Download and print the registration form below and fax it to 715-232-3385. You may also bring the registration form with you to the second floor of the Memorial Student Center.
If you prefer to register by mail, you may download a registration form.
Refunds: A full refund will be granted upon notification on or before the early registration date. Refunds requested after that date will be assessed a $30 processing fee. No refunds will be made after the start of the program. Substitutions may be made at any time.
Program Changes and Cancellations: The conference reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers, or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each enrollee if a program is canceled. If a program is not held for any reasons, the conference’s liability is limited to the refund of the program fee.
