General Information

Location:  Clarion Hotel and Conference Center

Dates: September 10-11, 2007

Fee: Fee includes lunch on Monday and Tuesday, breaks, and conference materials. Please indicate any special dietary needs.

Accreditation:  This program has been approved for 1.1 Continuing Education Units (CEUs). University of Wisconsin-Stout CEU records are maintained for three years. Records are not maintained permanently.

Accommodations: A block of rooms has been placed on hold at the Clarion Hotel and conference Center at $72 single/double. To guarantee this rate, reservations must be made by August 9, 2007. Reservations may be made by calling 414-481-2400. When making reservations please identify yourself as a participant in the Wisconsin Migrant/Latino Conference.

Parking: Parking is complimentary at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center

Refunds: A full refund will be granted upon notification on or before the early registration date. Refunds requested after that date will be assessed a $30 processing fee. No refunds will be made after the start of the program. Substitutions may be made at any time.

Program Changes and Cancellations: The conference reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers, or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each enrollee if a program is canceled. If a program is not held for any reasons, the conference’s liability is limited to the refund of the program fee.
