Lean Certificate Program General Information
Site Directions/Parking: The program will be held at UW-Stout Merle Price Commons (off of South Broadway Street) on February 5, 19 and March 5. The remaining sessions will be in the Memorial Student Center on 10th Avenue and 3rd Street. Directions, parking information, and a map to the UW-Stout campus are available at www.uwstout.edu/places.shtml . Permits will be mailed to attendees not registered as UW-Stout students.
Accreditation: The program has been approved for Continuing Education Credits (CEU’s).
Refund: A full refund will be granted upon notification on or before two weeks prior to the start of the initial program. Refunds requested after that date will be assessed a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be made after the start of the program.
Accessibility/Special Needs: If you feel you need disability-related accommodations or have any special needs for this program, please notify Outreach Services two weeks prior to the program initial date.
Changes and Cancellations: The University reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each enrollee if a program is canceled. If a program is not held for any reason, the University’s libility is limited to the refund of the program fee.
