Lean Certificate Program General Information
Registraton:
Lean Certificate:
$1,900/person for all seven workshop sessions.
$1,800/person (for three or more individuals from the same organization taking all workshop sessions.
Individual sessions registration option available. Contact us for information: conferences-workshops@uwstout.edu or 715-232-2793.
Fee includes seven full-day workshops, course materials, refreshments, and lunch.
Lean Certification:
$450/person for the In-house Project Mentoring
(In addition to the above workshop sessions.)
Check-in: Check-in begins at 7:30 am.
Site Directions/Parking:
Rice Lake: Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College campus map.
Accreditation: The program has been approved for Continuing Education Credits (CEU’s) or Associate Degree Credits from the Wisconsin Technical College System. Select which accreditation you would like on the registration form.
Refund: A full refund will be granted upon notification on or before two weeks prior to the start of the initial program. Refunds requested after that date will be assessed a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be made after the start of the program.
Accessibility/Special Needs: If you feel you need disability-related accommodations or have any special needs for this program, please notify Outreach Services two weeks prior to the program initial date.
Changes and Cancellations: The University reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each enrollee if a program is canceled. If a program is not held for any reason, the University’s libility is limited to the refund of the program fee.
