We hope you will join us for our 31st annual Early Childhood Education Conference, April 23-25, 2009. Historically, the University of Wisconsin-Stout has provided a program that has included a wealth of developmentally appropriate curriculum ideas for children, from birth to eight years of age.
Thursday’s all-day Preconference Workshops provide opportunities for in-depth study in specific areas. The Thursday evening Early Bird sessions allow participants to maximize their time at the conference, while the individual sessions on Friday and Saturday allow participants to choose from a wide variety of early childhood-related topics.
We invite you to the conference to renew acquaintances, to network and to keep abreast of what is happening in early childhood education. Participation will help you update your knowledge, solve problems, exchange information and revitalize your commitment to the education of young children.
Sessions address issues faced by infant and toddler caregivers, preschool teachers, kindergarten teachers, primary teachers, curriculum specialists, administrators and parents. Exhibits of the latest educational resources, materials and innovative equipment are also a valuable part of the conference.
