Preregistration:
Preregistration before March 27 is encouraged. Registration for the conference is limited to 1200 participants per day. To assure space, please register early.

Confirmation/Name Badge:
You will receive a registration confirmation in the mail. Name badges will be distributed at registration/check-in.

The conference is located at University of Wisconsin-Stout, Memorial Student Center, Menomonie, Wisconsin.

Hotel Listing

Parking/Complimentary Shuttle Bus:
Only special needs parking passes are available on campus Thursday and Friday. The shuttle bus runs continuously on Thursday and Friday mornings from 7:30am - 8:30am. Buses will stop at the following locations: Motel 6, Country Inn & Suites, Kmart parking Lot, Super 8 Motel, Holiday Manor and AmericInn. All buses drop-off participants on the north side of the Memorial Student Center.
On Thursday, April 24, buses will depart the Memorial Student Center (10th Avenue) for North Menomonie at 4:00 - 4:30pm.
On Friday, April 25, buses will depart the Memorial Student Center (10th Avenue) for North Menomonie at 4:30 - 4:45pm.
Parking on campus is open to the public on Thursday evening and Saturday all day.
We would like to give a special thank you to Kmart for allowing us to use their parking lot.

Accreditation:
UW-Stout has approved the preconference workshops and the conference for .5 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) per day. The early bird sessions are approved for .2 CEUs. There will be a $5.00 process fee for any CEUs that are mailed.

If you feel you need disability-related accommodations or have any special needs for this program, please notify Outreach Services by March 27.

Program Changes and Cancellations:
The University reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each enrollee if a program is cancelled. If a program is not held for any reason, the University’s liability is limited to the refund of the program fee.
