Dates:
November 10th for Juniors and Seniors
March 30th for Freshman and Sophomroes
Registrations will be accepted until October 25, 2006 for the November 10th Career Day and until March 14, 2007 for the March 30th Career Day.
Fees:
The fee is $15 per student which includes all instruction, materials, and lunch. Adult chaperones must complete the registration form but are not required to pay the registration fee.
Payment in full or school purchase order must accompany registration form or your students will not be registered. If you register with a purchase order, payment in full must be received before Career Day.
A full refund will be granted upon written request on or before the early registration dates. No refunds will be granted after that date, however, you may send a substitute student. Be sure to notify Outreach Services of the name change at (715) 232-2793 or moultonm@uwstout.edu.
