Individuals should register for courses at least two weeks prior to the course start date to ensure students have access to the courses and all critical learning resources.
The Student Business Office must have a signed copy of the Payment Plan Agreement [PDF] on file for every individual who registers for University of Wisconsin-Stout courses. If you have not completed a form, please print a copy here [PDF] and mail or fax it with your registration form to:
