General Information
Registration/Information
The conference information desk is open from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday. It is located in the Concourse Lounge of the Memorial Student Center (pdf). Please feel free to ask questions, get directions, leave messages, and obtain other general assistance in this area. Please watch the message board for any changes to the conference schedule.
Parking
A parking permit is needed for the preconference on Friday, October 30, if you wish to park oncampus. A permit and other parking information will be sent with your confirmation letter. No parking permit is needed to park oncampus on Saturday. Handicapped parking is available in campus lots (with a permit on Friday) and in metered spaces.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in campus buildings.
Name Badge Requirement
Your name badge is your admission to all presentations and other conference activities. Please wear your name badge at all times.
Messages
Check the message board at the information desk. Also, check the message board for workshop changes, additions, or cancellations.
Exhibits
The exhibits are located in the Great Hall. Exhibits will be available from 8:00 am - 3:45 pm on Saturday.
Evaluation
You will have the opportunity to evaluate the conference on the evaluation forms included in your packet. Please complete the forms and return them to the conference registration desk before you leave at the end of the conference.
Luncheons
Lunch is provided with your registration.
Accreditation
University of Wisconsin-Stout has approved the preconference for .6 Continuing Education Units (CEUs) and the conference for .8 CEUs. There is a $5.00 fee for any mailed CEUs.
Program Changes and Cancellations
The University reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. Every effort will be made to contact each enrollee if a program is not held for any reason. The University's liability is limited to the refund of the program fee.
Cancellations
A full refund wll be granted upon written notification on or before the early reigstration date. Refunds requested after that date will be assessed a $30 processing fee. No refunds will be made after the start of the program. Substitutions may be made at any time.
