How to Apply and Register
Participants must apply for the certificate program, meet all program requirements, and receive notice of acceptance before registering for courses. Class size is limited to 20 participants. Eligible students will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis and all applicants will be notified of their status within 2-3 weeks after receipt of all documents.

Eligibility is determined by evidence of a high school diploma or GED.
