Fee Information
The low Institute registration fee of $495 is all inclusive: lodging, meals, instruction and activities.
The standard fee covers instruction, meals (Sunday evening through Thursday breakfast), on-campus lodging (double occupancy), refreshments, community forum, and awards luncheon. Please refer to the registration form for additional options.
The advanced registration deadline is May 1, 2009.
Refund
A full refund/cancellation of fees will be made for cancellations received in writing on or before April 30, 2009. No refund or cancellation of fees will be made after this date; however, you may send a substitute in your place if Outreach Services is notified one week in advance. Registrations can be processed up to May 22, 2009 at the increased rate as noted on the registration form.
Accessibility for Persons with Disabilities
The conference facilities are fully accessible to persons with disabilities. On-campus lodging for handicapped participants is available upon request. Services will be made available to hearing/sensory impaired persons attending the conference if requested at least three weeks prior to the first day of the conference. Please indicate your needs on the registration form.
