This form is intended for international students to schedule appointments with an advisor. If you need to schedule some other type of appointment, please call 715-232-2132. Information about study abroad can be found here.

To schedule an appointment with your international student advisor, please fill out the request form below. It will be very useful for us if you put the reason for your visit.

Select a Date and Time Please enter a date and time you wish to meet with your advisor. Keep in mind that we cannot schedule same day appointments. All appointments should be made 24 to 48 hours in advance. If it is an emergency call 715-232-2132 or visit International Education in Bowman Hall.
