Welcome to University of Wisconsin-Stout's English as a Second Language
(ESL) Institute. This ESL program offers English immersion courses to
non-native English speakers who would like to communicate more effectively and
improve their performance in their professional, academic and personal lives.
Classes are small (20 or fewer students), and sessions are eight weeks
long, beginning in September, January, March and June. Students in the ESL
program study English 20 hours a week, including time in a computer lab.

Undergraduate – $94.
This includes the ESL program application fee of $50
as well as the undergraduate application fee of $44.
Graduate – $106.
This includes the ESL program application fee of $50 as
well as the graduate application fee of $56.
