Enrichment Programs

Our Center is actively engaged in sponsoring a variety of programs that support faculty development by advancing teaching and learning scholarly applications. These programs include short-term and long-term opportunities that frequently target teaching strategies such as Sharing Communities and Communities of Practice. The yearlong, multiphase programs provide instructors with a guided structure that encourages them to explore in-depth research that nurtures their professional and instructional interests. Several of these long-term programs provide financial incentives to participants to honor faculty commitment and quality research achievement. NTLC also hosts a variety of annual events that bring speakers and workshops to campus that address relevant, timely teaching and learning issues.
