Jolene Anderson named February Classified Employee

Jolene Anderson has been named Classified Employee of the Month for February at University of Wisconsin-Stout.

Anderson, of Eau Claire, works in the College of Science, Technology, Mathematics and Engineering as a business manager.

The individuals nominating her stated: “Jo is all about commitment to the university. She works diligently at all times — she is ethical, fastidious, people-oriented and committed to solutions and to achieving a high degree of excellence. Everything she does is well thought out and in the best interests of the university.”

And, “Jo’s customer services skills are outstanding. She addresses every question, concern or request respectfully, thoroughly and wholeheartedly. She is always happy to assist anyone with anything!”

Chancellor Charles W. Sorensen presents each Classified Employee of the Month with a certificate of recognition, a UW-Stout coffee mug and a check for $50.

Nominations can be made by supervisors, fellow employees or students.

The award was established by the chancellor to recognize classified employees at UW-Stout.
