The individual nominating Peggy stated: “Peggy’s commitment to the university is evidenced by her quick and competent response to calls for computer support, her excellent attitude toward her responsibilities and the pleasant manner in which she interacts with co-workers and those who rely on her expertise. Peggy is dedicated to solving the computing problems of others. She gets the job done right and is a joy to work with. She’s the best!”

And, “Peggy especially stands out for her abilities as a technical problem solver and her ability to manage multiple, critical issues in a timely manner. It is no overstatement that Peggy’s help has been critical to the effective delivery of curriculum. Peggy always has a positive attitude. Peggy consistently exhibits patience and professionalism with everyone, even the most anxious, upset, disgruntled or ‘noncomputer savvy’ users.”
