Theater department to present ‘The Shadow Box’ Nov. 7-10

The theater department at University of Wisconsin-Stout will present “The Shadow Box” at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7, through Saturday, Nov. 10, at Harvey Hall Theatre.

Paul CalenbergWritten by Michael Cristopher, “The Shadow Box” won a Pulitzer Prize for drama and a Tony Award in 1977. The play features three terminally ill cancer patients who live in a hospice facility. It examines the physical and psychological impacts of cancer on their lives and the lives of their families and friends.

“The Shadow Box” is directed by Paul Calenberg, UW-Stout director of theater, and will feature a student cast.
