ELITES
Emerging Leadership Institute for Training Ethnic Students
The purpose of ELITES is to enhance, reinforce, and develop diversity and unity in the multicultural campus community. ELITES is a training ground to teach, empower, and promote minority students to achieve and cultivate leadership skills.
ELITES meetings are a common place where students can join together to discuss various topics, to include but not limited to social and cultural events, educational resources and other cultivating experiences.
Participants include:
- Multicultural Student Services
- Ally Center
- Director of Diversity
- BSU, HSSO, Latinos Unidos and NASO Student Leaders
- Other interested students
