Application Process

Preliminary Application

  • Complete and submit the Preliminary Application Form*
  • A face-to-face interview will be arranged if eligibility requirements are met
  • During the interview you may be asked to proceed with the formal application process

Formal Application

  • Complete and submit the Formal Application Form
  • Submit a Statement of Purpose
  • Submit copies of taxes (for income verification)
  • Submit copy of unofficial transcript
