Parsons is responsible for oversight of the university’s fundraising and alumni programs, for helping determine the university’s overall marketing direction and efforts, and for representing those to the university's senior administration. He also serves as executive director of the Stout University Foundation and represents the university to alumni, parents and corporate constituencies.
The Director of Integrated Marketing oversees advertising and marketing functions for the university, and has responsibility for the university website, and for developing annual marketing plans for the university and individual offices as needed. Additionally, the Director is responsible for implementing an integrated marketing strategy for the university and leads the Identity Standards, Integrated Marketing and Web Oversight Committees.
Button coordinates overall web content, graphics, photography and training. She is responsible for the home page, top-level pages and general information sites. Button works with information technology staff on web issues and consults with offices and departments on their websites.
Grandt manages the creative design team and provides overall
direction and project management for projects requiring graphic
design. She works with campus clients to assess their overall marketing
needs and helps develop their marketing strategy. She is a member of the
campus Identity Standards Committee and the University Marketing team.
Paur is responsible for the conceptualization and creation of designs that support marketing goals for campus initiatives and programs. She creates designs for print and electronic communications, assists in the development of websites and serves as photographer for marketing related projects.
Labair is responsible for the conceptualization and creation of designs that
support marketing goals for campus initiatives and programs. She creates
designs for print and electronic communications, assists in the
development of websites and serves as photographer for marketing related
projects.
Burger coordinates advertising deadlines; media buys and purchase
requisitions and works on the budget for University
Marketing. She provides administrative support for the office, and also edits copy for both print and electronic publications.
Keyes provides production management and vendor management support for the client services team. She updates the unit's project tracking system, maintains electronic files and designs the templates used in e-mail marketing. Keyes also provides administrative support for the client services manager.
Voigt is a graduate student in Technical and Professional Communication. She works with departments and offices to improve their web sites. She performs routine updates and maintenance on the website, and edits and approves entries in the university events calendar. She also provides copy editing as needed for print and electronic publications.
