Mark Parsons

Mark Parsons, Vice Chancellor for University Advancement and Marketing

Parsons is responsible for oversight of the university’s fundraising and alumni programs, for helping determine the university’s overall marketing direction and efforts, and for representing those to the university's senior administration.  He also serves as executive director of the Stout University Foundation and represents the university to alumni, parents and corporate constituencies.

Amy Luethmers, Director of University Marketing

Amy Luethmers, Director of University Marketing

Luethmers oversees advertising and marketing functions for the university and oversees the university website. She develops strategic marketing plans for the university and for individual offices as needed. Additionally, Luethmers is responsible for implementing an integrated marketing strategy for the university and leads the Identity Standards, Marketing Leadership Team and Web Oversight Committees.

Kate Parent, Business Manager

Kate Parent, Business Manager

Parent coordinates advertising deadlines; media buys and purchase requisitions and manages the budget for University Marketing.  Parent also provides administrative support for the office, and edits copy for both print and electronic publications.

Cheryl Keyes

Cheryl Keyes, Production Manager 

Keyes provides production management and vendor management support for the client services team. She updates the unit's project tracking system, maintains electronic files and designs the templates used in email marketing.

Barbara Button, University Web Coordinator

Barbara Button, University Web Coordinator

Button coordinates website content, design, strategy and training. She works with IT staff on web issues, implements marketing strategies, and consults with offices and departments on the organization of information and content on their websites.

Stephanie LaBair, Graphic Designer

LaBair is responsible for the conceptualization and creation of designs that support marketing goals for campus initiatives and programs. She creates designs for print and electronic communications, assists in the development of websites and serves as photographer for marketing-related projects.

Julia Paur, Graphic Designer

As part of her responsibilities for the conceptualization and creation of designs that support marketing goals for campus initiatives and programs, Paur serves as the lead designer for web and digital projects, including the university website, third-party sites that carry UW-Stout's brand, and the mobile app.

Brett Roseman, University Photographer

Brett Roseman, University Photographer

Roseman provides news and marketing related photography and video for University Marketing and University Communications, as well as for strategic projects throughout the university. He also assists with maintaining a campus image data base and various image-based social media sites.
