University Marketing Service Agreement

  • University Marketing may adjust the delivery deadline if the appropriate lead time was not provided (4 to 6 weeks).   We will communicate this delivery date change to you via email.  At all times, we will do everything we can to meet your deadline.

  • We begin projects when all the content is received in our office. It may adjust the production schedule if you cannot meet the agreed-upon deadlines for delivery of content, visuals and approvals; or if the scope of the project is changed. You agree to approve, in writing, all final artwork before the production of finished materials. 

  • You agree to pay for any outside costs incurred for the project at direct-billed rates. These costs include, but are not limited to, printing, duplicating, postage, production, supplies, travel, shipping, advertising placement, electronic transmissions, video production, special projects, etc.

  • University Marketing will retain ownership of graphic source files.  Final source files will not be given to you. When edits are needed, we will make them for you.
