University Marketing works cooperatively with University Communications and other departments on campus to build a strong, effective and cohesive marketing and communications strategy for UW-Stout. This occurs through:

Photo & Video Talent Release

UW-Stout requires a release form to be completed by students, faculty or staff whose image, voice or name appears in our marketing and promotional materials. 

  • Print out a copies of the form below
  • Have each person complete and sign the form
  • Attach a copy of the photo or provide a link to a video that identifies the individuals by name
  • Send it to University Communications, 15 Administration Building
