Learn@UW-Stout (LMS) Access 

New instructors must return their signed contract to Human Resources and activate their UW-Stout email account to be integrated into Learn@UW-Stout. Learn@UW-Stout accounts are created utilizing our Human Resources ERP system.

Activate or Combine Course Sections

All UW-Stout course sections are automatically set up as individual courses in Learn@UW-Stout each semester, and instructors are responsible for the following:

  • If you want to use your individual section courses, you need to "activate" each course. Click here for help.
  • If you want your individual section courses combined into one course, such as undergraduate/graduate sections or lecture, discussion and lab sections, you need to submit a combine course sections request.
