    Learn@UW-Stout Access 

    New instructors must return their signed contract to Human Resources and activate their UW-Stout email account to be integrated into Learn@UW-Stout. Learn@UW-Stout accounts are created utilizing our Human Resources ERP system.

    Course Creation

    All UW-Stout course sections are automatically set up as individual courses in Learn@UW-Stout each semester. ***Beginning with the fall 2015 semester**, all courses in Learn@UW-Stout will be automatically created "active".  Therefore, instructors that utilize Learn@UW-Stout no longer need to manually activate their courses.  Note:  Students will not be able to access their courses until the course start date.  Students will see the course start date listed in parenthesis next to each course in their Learn@UW-Stout My Courses listing.

    Combine Course Sections

    If instructors are teaching a course with multiple sections, such as undergraduate/graduate sections or lecture, discussion and lab sections, and want those sections combined into one Learn@UW-Stout course, they need to submit a combine course sections request
