Learn@UW-Stout Access 

New instructors must return their signed contract to Human Resources and activate their UW-Stout email account to be integrated into Learn@UW-Stout. Learn@UW-Stout accounts are created utilizing our Human Resources ERP system.

Course Creation

All UW-Stout course sections are automatically set up as individual courses in Learn@UW-Stout each semester. ***Beginning with the fall 2015 semester**, all courses in Learn@UW-Stout will be automatically created "active".  Therefore, instructors no longer need to manually activate their courses.

Combine Course Sections

If instructors are teaching a course with multiple sections, such as undergraduate/graduate sections or lecture, discussion and lab sections, and want those sections combined into one Learn@UW-Stout course, they need to submit a combine course sections request
