RESOLVED (2/8/16) - Issues viewing files with Document Viewer

This issue was resolved at approximately 3:36 p.m. on Monday, February 8. Technologists identified and resolved a problem with the storage infrastructure that caused problematic behavior with the Learn@UW (D2L application.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

Beginning on 1/22/16, some users were unable to access specific files in the Document Viewer within the Content and Dropbox tools.  Users experiencing this problem received the error message: "There was an error converting this document. Some or all of it may not be displayed". Workaround: Those affected by this issue could access the affected documents by downloading them (select the "Download" option that appears below the window displaying the error message). This issue was escalated to the vendor for further diagnosis of the cause.
