[hidetoc]The Access to Learning Desk is located just inside the reference area. This service desk was funded by Student Technology Fees to provide additional assistance to students in using library computing resources. We attempt to staff the desk during all hours the library is open during the fall, spring and eight week summer session.
Assistance Available With:
- Use of the Microsoft Office Suite programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer, etc.
- Fixing minor problems with computers.
- Using library printers.
- Determining if there are network problems.
- Using the internet and the library catalog.
- Using e-mail.
- Using Learn@UW-Stout.
- Transfering digital pictures and video.
- Digital scanning.
