Library Catalog/UW System Libraries Account

Login to your Stout Library Catalog account to:

  • Renew books and media from Stout or UW System libraries (equipment needs to be renewed in person);
  • View which books, media, and textbooks you have checked out and their due dates;
  • Check the status of books borrowed from UW System Libraries.

ILLiad Account

Login to your ILLiad account to:

  • View an article that has arrived;
  • Check the status of books/articles requested from non-UW System libraries;
  • Request a book from libraries outside the UW System.

Renewal Assistance

  • Items from Stout can be renewed online (login), by phone at 715/232-1215, or in person.
  • Items from UW System libraries can be renewed online (login) or our library staff can contact the lending library to request a renewal for you; contact us at 715/232-1112 or docdel@uwstout.edu.
  • Items from outside the UW System cannot be renewed online.  Request a renewal one week before the issued due date; contact us at 715/232-1112 or  docdel@uwstout.edu.
  • Lending library policies vary; a renewal is not guaranteed.
