Education
Kate earned a B.A. in History and a Master's Degree in Library and Information Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She holds teaching certifications in school library media and social studies, and has previously worked as a school librarian.
Responsibilities
Kate is responsible for the preK-12 Educational Materials Center collection and began this position in 2012. She also provides information literacy instruction and reference services.
Hobbies/Recreation
Reading, running, cross-country skiing, hiking, and bicycling.
