Bill received an undergraduate degree in Rhetoric and Composition and a graduate degree in Library Science from the University of Illinois.
Responsibilities
Bill has administrative responsibility for the management, planning, and development of all library policies, services, budgets, and supervision of library personnel and work groups.
Bill also serves as the campus Copyright Officer.
Hobbies/Recreation
Bill enjoys writing, fishing, home repair, and wood-splitting in his free time.
