Differential Pay:
Weekend Differentials
$.30 per hour parallels the % that is paid to classified employees, but does not exceed the weekend differential paid to classified employees. To be an add-on per hour, starting at 4:00 p.m. Friday through 6:00 a.m. Monday.
Evening Differentials
$.30 per hour parallels the % that is paid to classified employees. To be an add-on per hour, starting at 8:00 p.m. through 6:00 a.m. Monday through Thursday.
Raises:
Raises may be made at the employer's discretion, but may not increase hourly wage beyond the maximum for the Job Group.
All employees, including new, must be paid at least the minimum for the range, but may be paid anywhere within the range, as determined by department.
