Jobs continue to remain in your database, even after they've
expired.You can access your current and
expired job posting at any sight on your Career Link Profile page. Click on the
"jobs" tab for a list of your past and present jobs. (your access is limited to jobs you have
posted)
Click on the job in question, and the profile view will open
on the page.On the upper left of the
detail you will see a blue icon labeled "Page Functions", click on the link
below labeled "Copy Job". This will
allow you to copy all of the jobs information into a new job form.Ensure you update relevant data to make the
position current, and submit.
Your job will go through the manual approval process (within
24-48 hours) before it's posted to CareerLink. Contact the Student Employment
Coordinator at 715-232-1363 with questions.
Should I post my Graduate Assistant openings on the Student Jobs page?
Employers that indicate their main purpose as posting "Post Grad Assistantships" will access the CareerLink "Employer" tab, but will be directed to complete a posting site unique to that job type.

Where do I direct students for the “Student Job Application?”
1. When Students log-in to CareerLink to review job posts, they have access to the Job Application.
Students will log-in, then access the link labeled "Job Vacancy List", click on "On Campus Student Employment". The Student Employment Application is in red, and gives the student a link to the downloadable form.
2. The Student Jobs site (https://www.uwstout.edu/jobs/studentjobs/index.cfm), under the "Students tab", has lots of helpful information for Stout Students, including a link to the Student Employment Application form.The link to the Application form is available on this page, in BLUE.
3. When all else fails: save the link to your own favorites! Here you go:
