University of Wisconsin - Stout

The University logo is available here in three sizes for special uses only (official university templates already have the logo in the footer). Do not put more than one copy of the logo on a web page.

Stout's Identity Standards [PDF - requires free Adobe Acrobat Reader] require the logo to be indivisible (no parts may be used on their own) and completely legible. The first logo displayed below is the smallest one which meets this legibility criterion on the web. If you're not sure how to use the logo on your site, contact the university web coordinator (Barbara Button; buttonb@uwstout.edu) for advice.

Please link to these graphics using the URLs listed below rather than posting a separate copy of the graphic in your directory/folder [UNLESS you are posting your website on your own server]. These graphics are "transparent" gifs and will display with a minimal "halo" on lighter backgrounds, but will display with best results on a white background.

NOTE: Do not download these graphics for use in print documents -- the resolution is too low to produce quality results. Contact the university editor (Don Steffen; steffend@uwstout.edu) for electronic files to be used in print. We will need to know what software application and printer type you are using.
