Annual Benefits Open Enrollment Period
October 8 - November 2, 2012

PLEASE NOTE: A hard copy of benefit election forms, other than ERA (see ERA information below) must be received by Human Resources, 203 Administration, no later than 4:30 p.m. Friday, November 2, 2012.  Enrollments/changes become effective January 1, 2013.  

ERA - Health Care and Dependent Care FSA Enrollment (all employees):

You can enroll in ERA online at Wageworks. You may call WageWorks Customer Care toll-free at 1-855-428-0446, Monday -Friday 7 a.m.-7 p.m. CST for enrollment assistance.   You must re-enroll in the ERA program every year!

HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFIT PLAN CHANGES AFFECTING NORTHWEST WISCONSIN FOR 2013:

  • New Plan Available:  WPS Metro Choice Northwest (Tier 1) will be available in 11 counties in Northwest Wisconsin, including Barron, Burnett, Chippewa, Dunn,
    Eau Claire, Pierce, Polk, Rusk, Sawyer, St. Croix and Washburn
  • Heath Plan Tier Change:   Anthem Blue Northwest is changing to Tier 3
