If you have a question about employment, payroll, benefits, training and development, or any HR-related topic, please choose from the options to the right to submit your request.

For the fastest and most accurate response to your inquiry, please be sure to include the following:

  • Your full name
  • Your 8-digit employee ID number (found on your earning statement)
  • Your phone number/email address
  • Your department name
  • As much detail as possible about your issue

What happens after submission?

Once the issue is logged, it will be assigned to one of our HR specialists and an email will be sent to the affected employee, verifying the request.  HR will strive to reply to inquiries as soon as possible.


AskHR is NOT intended to receive:

  • Harassment and/or discrimination claims
  • Disability accommodation requests
  • Grievances
